SHIPPING LOCATION AND RATES

We currently ship to the Continental U.S. and Canada only. We are unable to support shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPOs at this time.

Within Continental U.S. we offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 will be charged our standard shipping rate of $5.50.

For shipment to Canada, shipment rates are calculated during checkout based on the address you provide. The shipping rate does not include any potential customs fees, which you may be subject to pay upon delivery of your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORDERS $100+ WITHIN CONTINENTIAL U.S.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on individual orders of $100 or more within Continental U.S. The free shipping benefit will be automatically applied at checkout; no promotional code is required. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied.

 

SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS

In our commitment to sustainability, we are proud to offer a sustainable shipping option through our partnership with Route. When you choose Route at checkout, we automatically offset the carbon emissions associated with the transportation of your shipment.

Our dedication to sustainability also extends to our packaging materials. Our mailer boxes, tissue paper, and stickers are FSC certified and made with recycled materials, and our protective peanuts are 100% biodegradable.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing for orders placed around major holidays.

For orders placed within Continental U.S., please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery via USPS Ground or Fedex Ground.

For orders placed for Canada, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery via UPS.

We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Use the provided tracking number and carrier link included in the email to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@roanfragrances.com

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

We will do our best to accommodate order modifications, address changes or cancellations; however, we cannot guarantee these changes once an order has been placed. For assistance, please reach out to us at support@roanfragrances.com

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To maintain product integrity, we accept returns and exchanges only for unopened and unused products with the cellophane still intact. Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and returns/exchanges processing costs, and the safe return of merchandise. These additional costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Select our Shipment Protection option at checkout, provided through our partnership with Route. This coverage safeguards your order against issues such as loss, theft, or damage during transit.

In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@roanfragrances.com with an image illustrating the issue along with your order number within 30 days of shipment. Please note that if a photo is not available to illustrate the issue, we reserve the right to deny your return or refund.
